Patent Attorney
Elizabeth’s practice includes prosecuting patent and trademark applications, patent portfolio management, patentability searches, and freedom to operate searches. Elizabeth is a software generalist, with an emphasis on software, computer systems, social network applications, electronic paper displays, image recognition, robotics, and video streaming. Elizabeth has managed patent portfolios for large companies, midsize companies, and startups.
A graduate of Emory University and Franklin Pierce Law Center (Cum Laude), Elizabeth has worked at the U.S. International Trade Commission and law firms in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining IP Spring, Elizabeth helped found and manage a law firm in Salt Lake City.
Elizabeth is a member of the USPTO Patent Bar, the California Bar, and the Utah Bar. Elizabeth has a lifelong commitment to learning, and enjoys taking courses in computer science when her schedule permits.
